Welcome to Ometell. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Ometell’s website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Ometell. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. By using the Service you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. Core Rules & Code of Conduct

When using Ometell you agree to comply with the following rules:

• No nudity, sexually explicit, or obscene content.
• No harassment, bullying, threats, or hate speech.
• No sharing of personal contact information (phone numbers, email addresses, social media accounts, home addresses, etc.).
• Be respectful and courteous to other users.
• No spam, commercial advertising, or unsolicited solicitation.
• Report inappropriate behavior using the platform’s reporting tools.
• Ometell is NOT a dating service. Any use of the platform for dating, sexual, or romantic purposes is strictly prohibited.

3. Enforcement & Penalties

Violation of these Terms may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your access to the Service. In cases where an account is suspended or banned for violating these Terms, any virtual currency, coins, or gifts in that account may be forfeited and become the property of Ometell without compensation. If you believe a ban or forfeiture was issued in error, you may submit an appeal to Ometell’s support team; appeals are reviewed at Ometell’s sole discretion.

4. Platform Features

Ometell provides the following features (subject to change):

• Live Sessions: Connect anonymously with others for creativity, games, and drawing in a safe environment.
• Collaborative Drawing Board: An in-call shared drawing area where participants may draw together.
• Virtual Gifts & Coins: A system for sending virtual gifts or coins as encouragement or appreciation.

5. User Content & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any content you transmit, publish, or display while using the Service. Ometell is not responsible for the actions, speech, or conduct of other users. You use the Service at your own risk.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software used on Ometell are owned by or licensed to Ometell. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from Ometell content without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Ometell expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ometell will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

Ometell may modify these Terms at any time. We will post updated Terms here and update the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Privacy Policy

Ometell respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and store information when you access or use our Service.

1. Information We Collect

Guests: If you use Ometell as a guest (no registration), we do not collect personal information. A temporary anonymous identifier (cookie or local storage ID) may be assigned for the duration of the session to enable matching and continuity.
Registered Users: If you register using Google or Apple Sign-In, we collect the email address and display name associated with that account. These data are used to identify you for purchases (coins, gifts) and account management.

2. What We Do NOT Store

• We do not store chat history, video recordings, or transcripts of user-to-user conversations.
• We do not collect or store any additional personal information beyond what is required for registered accounts.

3. Cookies & Session Identifiers

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Recognize registered users during login.
• Assign a random anonymous identifier to unregistered users to manage session matching and interactions. This identifier contains no personal data and cannot be used to identify you outside the Service.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

If an account remains inactive for 12 months, we will delete the user’s account data permanently. You may also request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting support.

5. How We Use Data

We use collected data only to operate and improve the Service, process purchases, and respond to support inquiries. We do not use personal data for advertising, profiling, or selling to third parties.

6. Data Sharing

We will not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may disclose information only when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Ometell, our users, or others.

7. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. However, no transmission over the internet is completely secure. By using the Service you acknowledge and accept this risk.

8. Changes to this Privacy Policy

Ometell may update this Privacy Policy. We will post changes on this page and update the effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
